They can bring practical insights to clean-tech initiatives. Their ability to transition into cleantech demonstrates flexibility and the capacity to learn new technologies and industries. Many of these learners have diverse backgrounds and experiences, allowing them to work effectively in multicultural teams and across different technical disciplines. Being legally eligible to work in Canada, with many holding valid work permits, these individuals are prepared to contribute to the Canadian clean-tech sector for at least the next year. They can bring an international perspective while adhering to local regulations and business practices.
