The participants in this program possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and design skills. They are adept at working with complex systems, optimizing processes, and applying engineering principles to solve technical challenges. Having at least 3 years of experience in STEM or related industries, these individuals are familiar with industry best practices, project management, and real-world problem-solving in technical environments. They can bring practical insights to clean-tech initiatives. Their ability to transition into cleantech demonstrates flexibility and the capacity to learn new technologies and industries. Many of these learners have diverse backgrounds and experiences, allowing them to work effectively in multicultural teams and across different technical disciplines. Being legally eligible to work in Canada, with many holding valid work permits, these individuals are prepared to contribute to the Canadian clean-tech sector for at least the next year. They can bring an international perspective while adhering to local regulations and business practices.
